To qualify, residents must be able to care for their basic daily needs, demonstrate a commitment to sobriety, have a steady source of income such as SSI, SSDI, or other reliable earnings, and adhere to house rules. Our supportive environment promotes independence while ensuring safety and respect among residents. Residents are expected to participate in community activities, and respect house policies.

An on-site house manager oversees day-to-day operations, supporting residents in maintaining a structured safe environment and respectful conducts are essential. Our homes are fully furnished (semi-private & private rooms), shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. We provide High-speed WiFi, laundry access, and household essentials. Fully furnished accommodations and all utilities are included to reduce barriers to stable living.
